Godrej Properties (GPL) has emerged as the highest bidder and secured the allotment letter to develop a 6.46-acre land parcel in Noida’s Sector 44. This acquisition, through an e-auction conducted by the Noida authority, will provide approximately 1.4 million sq ft of development potential with an estimated revenue of about Rs 3,000 crore.

This marks GPL’s sixth project in Noida, showcasing its commitment to the region. Recently, the company also finalized agreements for a township project in North Bengaluru under a profit-sharing model. The projected booking value from the Bengaluru project is estimated to be around Rs 5,000 crore. Spanning approximately 62 acres, the project will offer about 5.6 million sq ft of saleable area, primarily comprising residential apartments of various configurations.

GPL’s strategic expansion into key markets like Noida and Bengaluru underscores its vision to deliver high-quality developments and enhance its presence in India’s real estate sector. The company’s track record of delivering innovative and sustainable projects further solidifies its position as a leading real estate developer in the country.
