The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the much-awaited DDA Housing Scheme 2025, offering 828 affordable flats in prime locations. This scheme includes 624 LIG flats in Siraspur and 204 EWS flats in Loknayak Puram, catering to the growing demand for budget-friendly housing in Delhi. In addition to affordable flats, DDA has introduced the Dwarka Community Service Personnel Housing Scheme 2025, featuring 349 flats in Dwarka Sector 19B. However, these units are exclusively for legal owners of HIG, Super HIG, and penthouse flats in Golf View Condo. Eligible applicants can purchase only one flat, irrespective of their existing property holdings in the complex.
