YEIDA Group Housing Scheme Offers 20 Prime Plots in Noida

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has unveiled the Housing Scheme, a transformative initiative designed to enhance residential infrastructure in Noida. This scheme offers 20 premium plots spread across Sectors 17, 18, and 22D, providing developers with a unique opportunity to contribute to the region’s urban growth.
Key Features of the YEIDA Group Housing Scheme
- Sector-Wise Plot Allocation:
- Sector 17: Six plots, ranging from 11,513.72 sqm to 24,282 sqm, with a base price of ₹32,375 per sqm.
- Sector 18: Five plots, all uniformly sized at 16,188 sqm.
- Sector 22D: Nine plots, including the largest in the scheme at 89,034 sqm, starting from 20,235 sqm.
- Registration and EMD Details:
Developers interested in the YEIDA Group Housing Scheme must pay a registration fee or earnest money deposit (EMD) between ₹3.73 crore and ₹30.27 crore, depending on the plot size.
Application and Allocation Timeline
The application window for the YEIDA Group Housing Scheme opened on November 30 and will close on December 18. The allocation process will take place through an e-auction scheduled for January 20, 2024, with incremental bid values set at 1% of the base price.
