Key Highlights of the UP-RERA Mandatory Training Program

• The UP-RERA mandatory training is designed to cover the key provisions of the RERA Act, along with rules and guidelines issued by UP-RERA.
• All participants must pass a written exam at the end of the program to qualify for registration.
• The second phase of this training program was inaugurated on January 6, 2025, by UP-RERA Chairman Sanjay R. Bhoosreddy. Highlighting the significance of the initiative, Bhoosreddy emphasized its role in promoting transparency and professionalism in the real estate sector.
