Unveiling Eros Sampoornam 3: Prime Location & Luxury

Eros Group is set to invest Rs 400 crore in the development of the third phase of its residential project, Eros Sampoornam, located in Greater Noida. This phase will span 21,728 square meters and feature 11 towers, offering a selection of luxurious 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The project is ideally located near the upcoming Aqua Line metro station of the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) in Sector 2, situated on a 130-meter-wide main road that links KP-5 and the Depot metro station.

Eros Sampoornam 3 will comprise a total of 726 units, with the initial sales phase opening for five towers that include 318 units. The apartments range in carpet area from 531.63 to 1,068.67 square feet, providing ample space for comfortable living. The company has already achieved sales of Rs 200 crore in inventory, reflecting strong buyer confidence and trust in the project, as noted by Avneesh Sood, Director of Eros Group.
