Signature Global Pre-Sales Growth Soars to ₹59 Billion

New Delhi – Signature Global (India) has announced a remarkable 184% increase in pre-sales during the second quarter of the financial year 2024-25, totaling ₹27.8 billion. In the first half of FY25, the company achieved pre-sales of ₹59.0 billion, reflecting a significant 217% year-on-year growth. This impressive performance highlights the Signature Global pre-sales growth, as the company has already reached 59% of its sales target of ₹100 billion for the full fiscal year.

Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, the chairman and whole-time director of Signature Global, stated, “Our strategic focus on premium and mid-housing projects, coupled with key land acquisitions and innovative customer-centric initiatives, positions us to maintain our competitive edge in the market.”

In addition to pre-sales, the company’s collections surged by 60%, amounting to ₹21.3 billion in H1 FY25. The average sales realization also saw an increase, rising to ₹13,379 per sq ft, up from ₹11,762 per sq ft in FY24.

The company’s net debt has decreased to ₹10.2 billion at the end of H1 FY25, down from ₹11.6 billion at the close of FY24.

With these positive results, Signature Global is well on track to meet its ambitious growth objectives for the fiscal year ahead, further solidifying its position in the real estate market.
