LDA Mohan Road Scheme: Plot Registrations Begin Soon

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is all set to launch plot registrations in four sectors of its ambitious LDA Mohan Road Scheme, following the successful RERA registration of Sectors 3, 4, 6, and 7 under Phase 1.

During a recent site inspection, LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar instructed officials to speed up development work by deploying additional machinery and workforce. In Sector 6, located on acquired land in Kaliakheda village, development activities such as road marking, surface dressing, and land leveling are already underway. Further infrastructure enhancements, including the construction of roads, drains, and sewer networks, will be carried out at an estimated cost of ₹25 crore.

Highlights of the LDA Mohan Road Scheme

  • Residential Plots: A total of 1,617 residential plots, ranging from 112.50 sqm to 450 sqm, will be offered across Sectors 3, 6, and 7.
  • Group Housing: Sector 4 will feature 22 group housing plots spanning approximately 56 acres.
  • Green Spaces: The project will include 18 large parks across its sectors, providing ample recreational areas for residents.

To ensure smooth execution of the LDA Mohan Road Scheme, Kumar directed the establishment of an additional site office in Kaliakheda village.

Development in Devpur Para Housing Scheme

In a separate inspection of the Devpur Para Housing Scheme, Kumar addressed critical infrastructure issues. He directed officials to resolve parking challenges for 1,520 SMIG and MIG flats by constructing basement parking facilities with parks above. Additionally, he ordered the replacement of old playground equipment and expedited the completion of EWS (Economically Weaker Section) buildings, warning of penalties for delays exceeding two weeks.

Enhanced Infrastructure for Lucknow Residents

The LDA Mohan Road Scheme reflects the Lucknow Development Authority’s commitment to creating modern housing projects with robust infrastructure. With features such as well-planned roads, drainage systems, and ample green spaces, this scheme aims to elevate the standard of living for residents. Similarly, the efforts in the Devpur Para Housing Scheme highlight LDA’s focus on addressing urban housing challenges.

These proactive initiatives by the LDA are set to transform Lucknow’s real estate landscape, offering well-designed residential and group housing options to meet the city’s growing demand for quality housing.
