Efficient UP-RERA Office Order Enhances Real Estate Document Delivery

Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has issued an office order regarding documents related to project registration, extension, editing, agent registration, and other relevant matters. Promoters are directed to deliver these documents either personally or by post to the UP-RERA Head Office in Lucknow. Similarly, agents are instructed to send their applications for registration and extension to the head office via personal delivery or post.

The office order highlights the importance of delivering documents directly to the head office to ensure timely processing and disposal of requests. Documents related to complainants in NCR regions will be delivered to the Regional Office in Greater Noida, while those from other districts will be sent to the Head Office in Lucknow.

Sanjay Bhoosreddy, chairman of UP-RERA, emphasized the need for timely disposal of applications and documents for the efficient functioning of the department. The office order aims to streamline processes and ensure timely resolution of matters related to the real estate sector.

In a bid to cater to stakeholders according to regional conditions, UP-RERA has connected eight districts, including Gautambuddh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Shamli, Bagpat, Bulandshahar, Muzzafarnagar, and Hapur, with the Regional Office in Greater Noida. The remaining districts of the state are connected to the head office in Lucknow.
