NEW DELHI: Skootr, a prominent provider of managed office spaces, has significantly expanded its footprint by leasing over 100,000 square feet of office space in Max Square, Noida. This new center, named Skootr Palace Park, boasts a capacity of 1,586 seats, catering to the growing demand for flexible and premium office spaces.
With the addition of Skootr Palace Park, the company now operates 80 offices, collectively covering a built-up area of 3.5 million square feet. Looking ahead, Skootr has ambitious plans to further increase its portfolio. The company aims to add an impressive five million square feet of office space over the next four years. Additionally, around half a million square feet will be developed in other key markets, including Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai.
