Lucknow: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) intensified its crackdown on illegal constructions in Lucknow with a recent sealing drive in the Chinhat area. The enforcement zone-1 team, as part of its ongoing campaign against unauthorized construction, targeted the Malhaur area of Chinhat. During the drive, officials sealed five row house buildings that were being constructed illegally as part of the Lucknow illegal constructions sealing drive.

The LDA’s actions are in response to court orders to curb illegal constructions in Lucknow. Indramani Tripathi, Vice Chairman of LDA, reiterated the need for citizens to adhere to building regulations to avoid the sealing of their properties as part of the Lucknow illegal constructions sealing drive.
Illegal construction not only violates the law but also poses risks to occupants and neighboring properties. The LDA’s efforts to enforce regulations are aimed at maintaining the safety and integrity of structures in the city.
Citizens are urged to ensure that their constructions are in compliance with the law and obtain the necessary approvals before undertaking any building work as part of the Lucknow illegal constructions sealing drive. The LDA has warned that stringent action will be taken against those found violating building regulations.
The sealing drive is part of a broader effort by the LDA to crack down on illegal constructions and ensure that Lucknow’s urban development proceeds in a planned and legal manner as part of the Lucknow illegal constructions sealing drive.
