Exciting Times: Gurugram Property Prices Soar with 76% Surge

Gurugram’s real estate market is witnessing remarkable growth, with Gurugram property prices soaring by 76% in just two years. According to a recent report from Magicbricks, the average price per square foot reached an impressive ₹14,650 in Q2 FY25, marking a 15.5% increase from the previous quarter.
Despite a moderate 9.9% rise in residential demand and an 18.3% increase in supply due to new listings and project launches, the surge in Gurugram property prices reflects heightened market activity. Notably, the prices of ready-to-move apartments jumped 12.9% quarter-on-quarter to ₹13,729 per square foot, while under-construction apartments saw an even steeper increase of 17.3%, reaching ₹16,180 per square foot.
The report highlights that 3-BHK units are leading the market, accounting for 66% of buyer searches. The average price for these sought-after apartments rose 21.6% quarter-on-quarter, now standing at ₹14,600 per square foot.
In terms of other property types, builder floors average ₹12,700 per square foot, multistorey apartments are priced at ₹13,200, residential houses command ₹16,100, and luxurious villas reach ₹25,600 per square foot.
Additionally, the report indicates that Dwarka Expressway, New Gurgaon, and Golf Course Extension are currently the most popular locations among buyers, further influencing Gurugram property prices.
As Gurugram continues to thrive, these developments present exciting opportunities for investors and homebuyers alike.
