Gurugram, renowned for its modern amenities and infrastructure, has seen the emergence of the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) as a prime real estate hub. The region has witnessed a surge in new launches, particularly in luxury properties. Kushagr Ansal of Ansal Housing emphasized that Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) reduced travel time between Delhi and Gurgaon has made it more accessible, encouraging developers to introduce various projects along the corridor, including affordable housing.
Sehaj Chawla, Managing Director of TREVOC, highlighted the premium amenities in residential properties along the expressway, transforming the area into a sought-after destination for commercial projects as well. The availability of diverse developments in proximity provides residents easy access to facilities, enhancing their lifestyle.
Realty experts consider SPR a game-changer for newly-developed sectors, offering metro connectivity with Sector 55 and 56 metro stations and access to commercial catchment areas like Udyog Vihar and Cyber Hub. The expressway’s connectivity within the sectors opens doors for ample growth opportunities for residents and businesses alike.
