Noida Hotel Development Scheme: Prime Plots via E-Auction

The Noida Authority has launched an ambitious hotel development scheme aimed at boosting the city’s hospitality sector. As part of this plan, six new hotels, including three budget hotels and three star-category hotels, will be developed across key sectors such as 93B, 105, 135, and 142.

The hotel development scheme offers a total of 42,790 square meters of prime land, with a collective reserve price of ₹781.48 crores. These plots will be allotted through an e-auction process. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 10 to answer any questions from potential bidders. The bidding will open on October 17 and close on November 9.

Each plot under the hotel development scheme comes with a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 3 and allows 40% ground coverage, giving developers substantial flexibility. Sector 93B has been allocated for three budget hotels, while the larger plots in sectors 105, 135, and 142 are reserved for star-category hotels.

Additionally, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has introduced a complementary scheme for 20 BPO and ITES plots in Knowledge Park 5, enhancing the region’s commercial infrastructure.
