- Processing New Map Applications – Fresh submissions will be reviewed and processed efficiently.
- Issuance of NOCs – Pending No Objection Certificates (NOCs) will be addressed to reduce delays.
- Land Consolidation & Subdivision – Applications for merging multiple land plots or subdividing residential and non-residential plots within LDA-approved projects will be considered.
- Unapproved Area Compliance – Proposed and sanctioned maps in unplanned or unapproved areas will be reviewed as per guidelines.
Road Width Criteria
- Residential Projects: Roads must be at least 9 metres wide to obtain approval.
- Commercial Projects: Roads should have a minimum width of 12 metres, subject to specific restrictions.
According to Chief Town Planner KK Gautam, the initiative aims to streamline the LDA building map and NOC approval process and enhance urban planning efficiency. Property owners and developers are encouraged to attend the camp to resolve their map and NOC-related issues without delays.
This initiative is part of LDA’s ongoing efforts to improve urban infrastructure planning and ease regulatory bottlenecks for real estate projects in Lucknow.
