Innov8 Co-Working Spaces Expand in Delhi-NCR with Three New Facilities

New Delhi: Co-working firm Innov8 has announced the launch of three new facilities in the Delhi-NCR region, significantly expanding its footprint in the area. The company has invested Rs 10 crore in these new centers, which collectively offer over 600 seats and span a total area of 60,000 square feet. The new locations are strategically situated in Unitech Cyber Park, DLF Cyber City, and Okhla.

Ritesh Malik, the Founder of Innov8, emphasized the strategic importance of the Delhi-NCR region, citing its vibrant startup ecosystem and status as a major corporate hub. “Delhi NCR’s thriving startup ecosystem and its position as a major corporate hub make it an ideal location for our latest Innov8 co-working spaces,” Malik stated.

Innov8, which was acquired by hospitality giant OYO in 2019, has been on a rapid expansion trajectory. Founded in 2015, the company now boasts over 30 centers across nine major cities in India, including Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Indore. These centers collectively host more than 8,000 employees from various client companies.

With the addition of these three new facilities, Innov8 now operates seven centers in the Delhi-NCR region. This expansion underscores the company’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for flexible workspaces in one of India’s most dynamic business environments.
