Godrej Properties Sales Surge to ₹5,200 Crore in Q2 FY25

New Delhi – Godrej Properties sales have reported an impressive 3% year-on-year increase, reaching nearly ₹5,200 crore for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025 (Q2 FY25). This marks the highest-ever booking value for the company during this period, driven by a surge in housing demand.

The company disclosed in a regulatory filing that its Q2 FY25 sales stemmed from the sale of over 5.1 million square feet of property. Overall, Godrej Properties recorded a remarkable 89% year-on-year growth in sales booking value, totaling more than ₹13,800 crore for the first half of FY25 (H1 FY25). This significant increase in Godrej Properties sales was driven by the sale of over 8,600 homes, covering a total area of more than 14 million square feet.

Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed enthusiasm about the company’s performance, noting that the sales bookings for H1 FY25 surpassed the entire annual bookings for FY23. He highlighted the success attributed to an improved project mix and robust volume growth.

In addition to record Godrej Properties sales, the company reported a 62% increase in collections, amounting to over ₹7,000 crore, and a staggering 200% growth in operational cash flow, exceeding ₹2,800 crore in H1 FY25.

Recognized as a top real estate developer in India, Godrej Properties has a robust presence in major markets such as Delhi-NCR, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, and Bengaluru. The company has established itself as the largest listed real estate firm in terms of sale bookings during the 2023-24 fiscal year.
