These officers will closely monitor the progress and quality of work, ensuring that the project meets the highest standards.
Leading this ambitious endeavor is DDA vice chairman Subhasish Panda, who is personally supervising the project on a daily basis. His hands-on approach underscores the DDA’s dedication to the timely completion of the Dwarka Golf View Apartments project. Recently, Mr. Panda visited the project site to assess the development works and take stock of the progress. The Dwarka Golf View Apartments project is part of the festival housing scheme launched by the DDA on November 30, 2023. This scheme marks a significant milestone for the DDA as it ventures into the luxury housing segment. The project offers a range of residential options, including flats, penthouses, super HIG, and HIG units. These properties were made available through an auction mode, allowing buyers to choose their desired property by paying the bidding amount.
The festival housing scheme has been a resounding success, with all 14 penthouses and 170 super HIG flats offered in the scheme being completely sold out. Additionally, 940 HIG flats were booked, indicating the high demand for quality housing in the area. The scheme’s success can be attributed to the DDA’s proactive approach and commitment to providing affordable yet luxurious housing options to the residents of Delhi.
To assist prospective buyers in making informed decisions, the DDA provided sample flats, allowing them to experience the quality of construction firsthand. Furthermore, the DDA organized help desks and housing camps to address any queries or concerns that buyers may have had.
