DLF Rental Income Q3 FY25 Rises 10% on Higher Occupancy

New Delhi: DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd (DCCDL), a joint venture between DLF Ltd and Singapore’s GIC, reported a 10% year-on-year increase in rental income, reaching ₹1,194 crore in Q3 FY25. This growth was fueled by higher occupancy and rental appreciation across office and retail spaces.

Strong Growth in DLF Rental Income Q3 FY25

DCCDL, which holds the bulk of DLF’s rent-yielding assets, has a total operational rental portfolio of 40.4 million sq. ft., including:

  • 36.4 million sq. ft. of office space
  • 4 million sq. ft. of retail real estate

According to DLF’s investor presentation, DLF Rental Income Q3 FY25 from office assets surged 10% to ₹962 crore, compared to ₹876 crore in the same quarter last year. Meanwhile, rental income from retail spaces rose to ₹231 crore, up from ₹213 crore.

Rising Demand Fuels DLF’s Rental Growth

India’s top seven cities recorded historic highs in office space leasing in 2024, driven by domestic firms and multinational corporations (MNCs). The growing demand for premium commercial spaces has significantly contributed to DLF Rental Income Q3 FY25, strengthening its leadership in the real estate sector.

Financial Highlights: Strong Revenue & Profit Growth

Beyond rental income, DCCDL’s overall financial performance remained robust:

  • Revenue increased by 9% to ₹1,609 crore (Q3 FY25) from ₹1,476 crore (Q3 FY24).
  • Net profit more than doubled to ₹941 crore, compared to ₹434 crore a year ago.
