YEIDA Gains ₹500Cr from Auction of 45 Corporate Office Plots
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has successfully secured an investment of ₹500 crore through the e-auction of 45 corporate office plots, each spanning 1,000 sq. meters. The plots, situated in the YEIDA region, were initially set with a reserve price of ₹2.50 crore per plot, totaling ₹112.50 crore. However, the auction fetched a much higher amount, garnering a remarkable ₹265.14 crore—an increase of ₹152.64 crore, or 134% above the base price.
Key bidders include Challenger Computer, which secured its plot for ₹28.28 crore, Alexis Global, which bid ₹26.64 crore, and Sanash Impex, which offered ₹25.84 crore for their respective plots.
This significant boost in bids reflects the growing demand for corporate office spaces in the strategic YEIDA region, positioning it as a lucrative destination for investment.
