Hero Realty CEO Dharmesh Shah Resigns to Launch His Own Venture
In a recent announcement, Dharmesh Shah, the Hero Realty CEO, has revealed his decision to step down from his position and embark on a new entrepreneurial journey. Shah, who has been with the company since March 2022, shared this news on his LinkedIn profile, expressing his excitement about venturing into entrepreneurship after a successful corporate career spanning over 25 years.
Hero Realty, a venture of Sunil Kant Munjal’s Hero Enterprise, has seen significant growth under Shah’s leadership. The company has successfully delivered projects in Ludhiana, Mohali, and Haridwar. In 2018, Hero Realty expanded its operations into the Delhi-NCR property market, announcing an investment of approximately Rs 900 crore to develop a premium housing project called Hero Homes – World of Wellness in Gurugram. This project, comprising around 1,000 apartments, aimed to redefine luxury living in the region.
Shah expressed gratitude towards the team at Hero Realty for their support and encouragement throughout his tenure. He described his time with the company as a great journey but emphasized his eagerness to explore new opportunities in the startup ecosystem.
Hero Realty continues to develop several housing projects in the Delhi-NCR region, demonstrating its commitment to delivering quality homes to its customers. Shah’s decision to leave the company marks the beginning of a new chapter in his career, as he looks forward to contributing to the vibrant startup community with his entrepreneurial endeavors.
