Gramin Awas Yojana 2.0: Haryana’s Bold Step for 4,533

In a significant step toward fulfilling the vision of “Housing for All,” the Haryana government has successfully allotted residential plots to 4,533 beneficiaries across 20 districts under the Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana 2.0. This initiative aims to ensure that no underprivileged individual in Haryana is left without a roof over their head.

The Chief Minister expressed a strong commitment to this cause, stating that the state government is actively working to provide homes to the poor in a phased manner. The ongoing support and guidance from Prime Minister Narendra Modi have strengthened the resolve of the state government to meet its housing goals.

Phase 1: Allocation of Residential Plots

As part of the first phase, residential plots of 100 square yards have been allocated to eligible applicants in the Gram Panchayats of several districts, including Ambala, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Fatehabad, Gurugram, Hisar, Jhajjar, Jind, Kaithal, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Narnaul, Nuh, Palwal, Panipat, Rewari, Rohtak, Sirsa, Sonipat, and Yamunanagar.

This move is a crucial step in the state government’s commitment to providing better living conditions for the rural population, offering them an opportunity for a secure and dignified life.
