DDA Launches Registration Help Desk for Housing Scheme

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the establishment of a registration help desk at its head office, Vikas Sadan, to assist with its Housing Scheme 2024. This initiative aims to provide a smooth and customer-friendly experience for prospective flat buyers. The help desk is operational on all working days from 10 am to 6 pm and is staffed by trained executives to efficiently handle queries and assist with the registration process.

The registration help desk will offer support on various aspects of the housing scheme, including eligibility criteria, flat specifications, pricing, amenities, and location benefits. The DDA may also consider setting up additional help desks at other locations based on demand and footfall to enhance its outreach.

This initiative comes in response to a directive from Delhi Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena, who also serves as the DDA Chairman, to guarantee that the agency offers thorough assistance to its customers. Recently, the DDA launched three housing schemes targeting diverse categories of people, with flats available in areas such as Narela, Dwarka, Siraspur, Ramgarh, Rohini, Loknayakpuram, and Jasola.
